At BullsEye Nutrition, LLC, we currently offer three (3) types of services:
- A four-week personalized flexible diet online coaching regime.
- This entails a more in-depth, personal coaching experience in which the client performs the following:
- You will get your “prescribed macros” (fat/carb/protein) personalized to your goals that you will have to “hit” daily.
- You will get a designated “check-in” day 1x/week to send updated information regarding your progress.
- You will have access to Coach Amy 24/7 via email (just know what I have a full-time job as a physical therapist and a part-time job as a CrossFit coach).
- You will be automatically invoiced every four-weeks until you verbally confirm that you want to discontinue services
- This entails a more in-depth, personal coaching experience in which the client performs the following:
- A six-week personalized reverse diet online coaching regime.
- This also entails more in-depth, personal coaching in which the client performs the following:
- You will get your “prescribed macros” (fat/carb/protein) personalized to your goals that you will have to “hit” daily.
- You will get a designated “check-in” day bi-weekly to send updated information regarding your progress.
- You will have access to Coach Amy 24/7 via email (just know what I have a full-time job as a physical therapist and a part-time job as a CrossFit coach).
- You will be automatically invoiced every six-weeks until you verbally confirm that you want to discontinue services
- This also entails more in-depth, personal coaching in which the client performs the following:
- A one-time macronutrient prescription inquiry.
- This entails the least personal coaching aspect in which the client has one or more of the following intentions:
- He or she has had previous experience with “macro counting”
- He or she understands the basic concepts of flexible dieting/reverse dieting
- He or she needs a re-establishment of macronutrient baselines to personally begin another process of flexible dieting and/or reverse dieting independently [without the help from Coach Amy].
- You will be invoiced only one time for this service.
- This entails the least personal coaching aspect in which the client has one or more of the following intentions:
